About
Real Estate and it’s contributing industry alliances with construction, financing and development do not exist in a static environment. It is constantly changing and we all see the differences and nuances as they effect our life every day. Now adding the rapidly evolving landscape of sustainable building and it’s multiple influences on products and methods adds more moving parts to our lives than ever before. This blog is all about giving a common sense view from an every-person perspective to help filter through the bombardment of information we constantly receive. Hopefully we can navigate our way through the avalanche of data and answer many of the questions together.

Hi Bill, enjoyed the blog. Send more.. I will forward to the Murphy Brothers project managers. We have project manager/staff meetings every week. I’d like you to come here to address the group and blow their minds about “changing green building to common sense building”
thank you for your thoughtful consideration!

Just want everyone to know that Bill Janhonen is the best teacher I’ve ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in critical thinking who captivates his audiences. Bill has a direct, no-nonsense style, and can always be counted to tell you the real deal. As a fellow environmentalist, I enjoy exchanging ideas with Bill and hearing his insights. He has an extraordinary depth and breadth of knowledge in his industry. Kristen Bacorn, Green Estate, LLC
