Putting reality in real estate and green building

About

Real Estate and it’s contributing industry alliances with construction, financing and development  do not exist in a static environment. It is constantly changing and we all see the differences and nuances as they effect our life every day. Now adding the rapidly evolving landscape of sustainable building  and it’s multiple influences on products and methods adds more moving parts to our lives than ever before. This blog is all about giving a common sense view from an every-person perspective to help filter through  the bombardment of information we constantly receive. Hopefully we can navigate our way through the avalanche of data and answer many of the questions together.

  2. Just want everyone to know that Bill Janhonen is the best teacher I’ve ever seen. He is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in critical thinking who captivates his audiences. Bill has a direct, no-nonsense style, and can always be counted to tell you the real deal. As a fellow environmentalist, I enjoy exchanging ideas with Bill and hearing his insights. He has an extraordinary depth and breadth of knowledge in his industry. Kristen Bacorn, Green Estate, LLC

  4. Tracy,

I want to thank you for thinking of me and inviting me to speak to your group.
I would love to speak to the Rotary Club of Milford, but unfortunately I will be in North Carolina starting
on May 12th. I would be happy to speak at any other time and I again thank you for your consideration.

    Bill
